I am 5'4" and 135# usually a women's medium everything. I tried on a medium and it was tight all around. I sized up to a large and it just fits. The size large sleeve length is just right, body is form fitting. If you are tall, the large might be too short in the arms. Fabric is a good weight - a tiny bit heavier than my other rashie, but fabric looks like it will wear well. I have not worn it in the water or washed it yet.
I did not realize these were made in the US!
